Which Microsoft 365 plan does my business need?
Most small offices do well with Microsoft 365 Business Basic (email, Teams and web apps) or Business Standard (adds the desktop Office apps). If you handle sensitive client data, Business Premium adds stronger security and device management. We will recommend the lowest plan that covers what you actually need.
Can you move our email from Gmail or another provider?
Yes. We migrate existing mailboxes, contacts and calendars to Microsoft 365 and schedule the switch so new email keeps flowing during the move.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
They are DNS records that prove email from your domain is really from you. Without them, your messages are more likely to land in spam, and it is easier for criminals to impersonate your business.
